Elevation: 1600-1800 meters, known for its rich and vibrant flavors.

β Processing:
Handpicked cherries are delivered to the factory, depulped, and fermented for 24 hours.
After fermentation, the beans are soaked for 12 hours, then transferred to drying tables for careful sun-drying.
